Ingredients: rice paper sheets (1 per roll), julienned zucchini and green onions, shredded carrots, organic tofu, alfalfa sprouts, thai basil, baby corn, vermicelli noodles. sweet chili sauce for dipping.
1) Prep all raw vegetables and slice organic tofu into strips.
2) Soak vermicelli noodles in hot water for 3-5 minutes. Drain.
3) Rinse rice paper sheet under warm water for about 5 seconds. Drain and place on serving plate. Add vegetables, tofu, noodles and herbs.
