Whether you’re an experienced yogi or an absolute beginner, I offer yoga classes that are tailored to your needs. And the best part is, I come to you! All you need is a mat and a space to accommodate your group.
Yoga For Athletes is ideal for sports teams or individual athletes in the Whistler area who would like to improve their overall performance. Classes are 60 minutes in length and are designed for both adolescents and adults who would like to compliment their existing training routine. Some of the benefits include: increased strength of under- utilized muscle groups, improved balance, coordination (that leads to better technique and form) joint and muscular flexibility, increased range of motion and improved focus and awareness. Every athlete has the potential to enhance his or her ability by adopting a consistent yoga practice. All you need is a mat and a space to accommodate your session. All levels welcome.
